| Work Process Summary |
| |
Step 1: Initial Contact
Contact us with general project requirements using
our “Get Quote” form and we will email you a quotation
and timeline for your project(s) within 24 hours.
Step
2: Set Up Account
A login and password will be sent to you in order
to access your personalized ‘My Mabo’ account. This account
is a secure online database which allows you to conveniently review,
organize, and make revisions to your projects. At the completion of
each stage of your project a notification email is sent so that you
can log on to your account, review the work-in-progress, and submit
any “Mark-Ups” before the next stage begins.
“Mark-Up” is done by simply opening the image for review
in Adobe Photoshop or even MS Word and indicating the desired changes
using text, arrows, etc.
Step
3: Collecting Information
At this stage, all necessary files and project information
are uploaded to your ‘My Mabo’ account. This includes
CAD files in DXF or DWG file format of floor plans, sectionals, roof
plans, and elevations. Samples of special textures, materials, and
custom colors should also be provided if applicable. Landscaping and
background requirements can also be provided by uploading photographs
or images of the site.
Step
4: Developing 3D Model
A complete 3D wire frame model of the subject and
surrounding area is created and we work with you to determine the
most appealing viewing angles.
Step
5: General Composition
Materials, textures and colors are applied to all
surfaces of the model and terrain.
Step
6: Final Composition
Environmental surroundings and final details including
sky, landscaping / vegetation, people, cars, etc. are added and all
lights are adjusted for intensity, angle, and color.
Note:
above steps 4-6 refer to a typical
3D rendering, and often require one or more client reviews.
Step
7: Payment and Delivery
Upon customer approval of the final image and receipt
of payment, the final image (high resolution) is posted to the client’s
My Mabo account for viewing and download. Alternatively, very large
files can be burned to CD-ROM or DVD and shipped directly by Express
Mail.
Animations:
Similar to the above process, except that the client
should provide additional information including:
• Story board (duration, special effects, points to highlight,
etc)
• Route map
• Information about target audience
• Soundtrack (if applicable)
Architectural Models:
Instead of Steps 4-6 above, photographs of your project
will be taken throughout the process and uploaded to your account
for viewing and feedback. |
