Indochina Land, one of Southeast Asia’s premier property developers, and Hyatt Hotels are creating a resort destination like no other. Despite economic gloom elsewhere, they are betting over 100 million USD that this project is going to be a success. We are betting they are right.

Located in front of Vietnam’s iconic Marble Mountains on 660 meters of pristine beachfront property, it includes a 258-room hotel with spectacular beach views from every room, 150 condominiums, and 30 two-story luxury villas for sale, with each villa boasting it’s own private pool and garden.

As the property’s developer, ICL approached Mabo for consultation on an inclusive package of marketing visuals, including 3D animation, renderings, and an interactive media system to drive sales of the exclusive condos and villas. With global property markets more competitive than ever, ICL had to ensure that the resort’s visual presentation would be compelling enough to wow the most discerning buyers, while still keeping a tight rein on the marketing budget. Working with ICL to understand their audience and their market position, Mabo has begun creating a series of high-impact visuals that tell the story of this landmark development.

Despite the gloom elsewhere, early interest is high, and we are betting that this iconic mix of sun, sand, and luxury is going to be a showstopper.
